Application Deadline
This year we have transitioned to an online application process. You can apply for the festival by clicking here. Our deadline is January 31, 2012

Juried Date
Applicants should be notified by April 16, 2012 of their status by phone or email.

Booth Fee Due Date
Accepted artists must pay their $95 booth fee by April 30, 2012. You will be emailed a paypal invoice to pay. If payment is not received your space will be given to an artist on the CCAF waiting list.

Susan Lichter Jury Prize
The Coolidge Corner Arts Festival is pleased to continue the Susan Lichter Jury Prize in memory of our beloved committee member. Tami Rodrig was selected as the 2011 winner. Her work exemplifies the highest level of both art and craft and embodies Susan's spirit.

Day of Festival
The event begins at 10 am and runs until 6 pm. All artists should arrive by 9 am to allow for adequate time for last minute preparation and are expected to remain until 6 pm. Dismantling of booths/displays prior to 6 pm may disqualify you from future festival invitations. Booth numbers will be marked in chalk on the sidewalk. You may park on the street or driveway ONLY for unloading and loading. Remember, keep the best parking spaces open for your shoppers!

Policies
We ask that all artists represented at local galleries keep their pricing consistent with retail prices in those locations. In addition, we insist that all “seconds” be marked as such.
